• Coordinates strategy internally and is a single point of contact for external partners within a particular group
• Acts as an expert on a particular geographic region and partners within that region
• Tracks and reports on partnership performance
• Analyzes and models partnership or competitive changes, taking into account how changes impact AA commercially and operationally
• Manages day-to-day of partnership including invoices, budgets, forecasts and resolve issues identified by AA or the partner airline
• Reviews, manages and assists in the creation and execution of contracts
• Assembles and analyzes key input & performance data in support of any ongoing partner negotiations to maximize the partnership contribution to AA's performance
• Challenges the Status quo of our existing partnerships and crafts creative solutions to maximize partnership value and drives continuous improvement
• Interfaces with other groups such as Network Planning, AAdvantage, Sales, RM, Accounting, as well as Senior Management and external airline partners
