Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
- 1–3 years experience in a support, sales, or administrative function
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Tech savvy; proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advantage: familiarity with airline ticketing or fare filing systems
What’s The Role All About?
Support the Corporate Sales team in generating business opportunities, managing client requirements, and ensuring smooth operational, administrative, and ticketing processes.
Major Responsibility Areas
Administrative Support
- Handle corporate emails and respond to queries
- Endorse portal registrations to Account Executives
- Prepare daily credit line adjustments for approval
- Create reversal/discrepancy reports for managerial validation
- File Payment Order (PYO)/Service Receipt Forms (SRF)
- Update documents, databases, and systems using MS Office
- Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements
Ticketing & Portal Management
- Process ticket rebooking, refunds, manual issuance & EMDs
- Manage manual ticket transactions and portal concerns
- Review and verify tourcodes for reporting
- Handle waiver code issuance and monthly reporting
- File Work Orders (WO) and Incident Reports (IR) for system issues
Fare Filing & Account Onboarding
- File corporate fares in ATPCO/Architect for new and renewing deals
- Assist in corporate portal setup for newly signed accounts
- Activate portal access for clients
- Prepare ticketing instructions for Ticket Offices and Travel Agencies
