Position Overview: As a Flight Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers onboard aircraft. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to embark on a career in aviation and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities - Safety and Security:
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and provide instructions to passengers on emergency procedures.
- Perform safety checks of cabin equipment and emergency exits before takeoff and landing.
- Monitor passengers during the flight, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Customer Service:
- Welcome passengers onboard and assist with seating arrangements and stowing carry-on luggage.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to passengers, addressing their needs and requests.
- Serve meals, beverages, and snacks in accordance with airline policies and procedures.
- Comfort and Well-being:
- Attend to passengers' comfort and well-being throughout the flight, offering pillows, blankets, and other amenities.
- Assist passengers with special requirements, including infants, elderly individuals, and passengers with disabilities.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Crisis Management:
- Remain calm and composed in the event of onboard emergencies, such as medical incidents or disruptive behavior.
- Follow established procedures for managing emergency situations and coordinating with the flight crew and ground personnel.
- Team Collaboration:
