Position- Accounts & Finance Manager
Job Location- Northwest Delhi
Role Description
- Oversee the entire account's payable function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Managing all day-to-day accounting in SAP with the team
- Handling accounts payable activities and coordinating with the team on the timely posting and payment.
- Manage the processing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Advance payment to the vendor, tracking vendor advances and subsequent settlement.
- Reconciliation of vendors (group company, foreign vendor, and domestic vendor)
- GST Computation, Online Payment, and Monthly GST Return Filing (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)
- TDS Computation, Payment, and Return Filing & TDS reconciliation with 26AS.
- Responsible for month-end closing, provisioning, Profit & Loss.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
- Reviewing monthly expense Schedule, Vendor & Employee Aging.
- Monitoring overall expenses of the company for cost savings.
- Creates accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Handling Internal and External Audit with Audit Firms
- Payroll Management
- Preparing branch-wise Profit & Loss A/c and conducting monthly review meetings with Branch Heads, Zonal heads, and the Director of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA
- Proven experience in accounts payable management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
