Job Description
You will be the Project Manager, IFG Program Office OTD – Level 4 for the Integrated Fighter Group Program (IFG) Integration and Operations office which is responsible for driving on‑time delivery through accurate DD250 management and corrective‑action coordination.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Manager, IFG Program Office OTD – Level 4 you will be responsible for orchestrating the DD250 submittal, correction, and reporting process, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action planning across the IFG enterprise.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Collaborate with IFG Business Units, Functional teams and external customers to review and submit DD250s and DD250 corrections.
- Review, update, and implement DD250 processes, documents, checklists and tools to improve data accuracy and standardization.
- Enforce the use of DD250 and OTD processes, documents, checklists and tools by all IFG Functional teams.
- Develop, monitor, and report corrective‑action plans to resolve issues affecting DD250 and OTD metrics.
- Implementing technical automation workflows to visualize data for executives and internal/external customers.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain an active Secret clearance after hire.
Desired Skills
- Experience with basic contract structure (i.e. statements of work, contract deliverables, inspection and acceptance)
- Experience with Subcontract Management
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with On Time Delivery and/or DD250 processes
- Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Lifecycle of a Program familiarity
- Experience working independently and with cross-functional groups to drive projects/actions to closure

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
