The Training Devices & Infrastructure department ensures the necessary conditions for successful office and training operations such as training equipment, simulators, classrooms, offices, logistics and infrastructural services. As an Infrastructure Officer, you will be responsible for the office and operating areas of all LAT Deutschland GmbH buildings in Frankfurt and for requirements management
- Infrastructural and technical facility management
- Space and energy management
- Internal requirements management and management of external and internal service providers
- Interface management with Corporate Real Estate Management
- Deputy Security Officer and Fire Safety Officer at the Frankfurt site
- Preparation, coordination and implementation of infrastructure projects
- Preparation of decision papers and presentation documents
- Weak point analyses for infrastructure and traffic processes
- Implementation of the local security concept in accordance with specifications
- Ensuring building services, relocations and events at the location
- Up-to-date property documentation and planning of repairs
- Monitoring and acceptance of service provider services
- Initiation, control and monitoring of optimization measures
Requirements

- University degree in infrastructure management, civil engineering, energy management, economics or similar
- Alternatively, commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience in the
infrastructure sector - Several years of relevant professional experience in the technical field is an advantage
- Communication & negotiation skills and a confident manner
- Knowledge of project management and process management is an advantage
