Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quality Management
Experience: 3-5 years in Ramp Quality Assurance with knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHAS 18001
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing quality policies and procedures across all functions.
- Prepare quality standards and norms for operational services provided by the company.
- Execute and implement quality systems in alignment with ISO standards, occupational health, and environmental standards.
- Conduct periodic audits and maintain quality records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements at the workplace.
- Prepare SOPs, forms, manuals, and formats under the guidance of the Quality Manager.
- Prepare vendor audit plans, conduct audits, and report findings to the manager.
- Validate new processes through systematic quality approaches.
- Guide and train employees on Kaizen, 5S, and quality circles.
- Maintain and update necessary quality documents.
- Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints in collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Participate in accident investigations and propose necessary system improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHAS 18001.
- Experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), 5 WHY, and 7 QC Tools.
- Excellent customer handling exposure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and act with a result-oriented approach.
