An opportunity for a Facility Management and Real Estate has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid)
The Mission
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven professional to join the Facility Management and Real Estate. Located in the Getafe site, the core mission of this role is to manage our Small Investments CapEx portfolio, streamlining the lifecycle of these projects from initial budget allocation to final execution.
You will not just be managing spreadsheets; you will be tasked with digitizing and automating the way we track capital expenditure to ensure our infrastructure remains world-class and financially efficient.
RESPONSABILITIES
CapEx Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for small investment projects (renovations, equipment upgrades, facility improvements).
Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to replace manual tracking and reporting.
Financial Tracking: Monitor budget consumption, ensuring all small investments align with the annual financial plan and Airbus procurement policies.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the bridge between Project managers, Divisional FMRE BP focal points and CapEx manager to ensure timely approval and payment cycles.
Data Analysis: Provide regular "health checks" on investment status, identifying bottlenecks in the project pipeline.
SKILLS
We are looking for someone who balances a "builder" mindset with meticulous financial discipline.
Background: Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (macros and complex formulas are a must).
Experience with SAP is highly valued.
Familiarity with automation tools is valued.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced industrial environment, and excellent communication skills.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and a high level of English (Airbus's working language).
