The Senior Recruiter leads recruiting efforts for complex, senior-level, and high-impact roles, serving as a collaborative partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. This role adds value by sharing recruiting expertise, market insight, and talent perspectives that help leaders refine role needs and hiring priorities. Through consultative communication, strategic sourcing, and informed guidance, the Senior Recruiter supports strong hiring decisions and helps build critical organizational capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to refine role requirements and align talent needs with business priorities
- Share market insights, talent availability perspectives, and recruiting expertise to inform hiring decisions
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner, supporting thoughtful and effective hiring conversations
- Identify and expand sourcing channels to improve access to qualified and diverse talent pools
- Collaborate with hiring teams to elevate interview quality and selection effectiveness
- Drive improvements to recruiting processes that enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience
- Provide strategic guidance and mentoring to recruiters to support skill development
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure consistency and compliance
- Contribute to ad hoc recruiting and talent-related projects by providing insight, driving assigned initiatives, and supporting project outcomes
- Represent the company at recruiting events and industry engagements
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and diversity-focused recruiting strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in technical or engineering environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions through insight and partnership
- Strong consultative communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies
- Deep understanding of recruiting market trends and sourcing methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate across functions and levels to provide perspective and guide hiring conversations
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws and recruiting compliance
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $96,000 - $103,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
