Read on if you
> Are skilled in using SQL, Excel, Tableau and possibly Python to analyse data and enjoy turning analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
> Are curious about customer behaviour and how commercial propositions perform within a large airline.
> Enjoy working with a mix of well-defined and evolving questions, and like shaping insight, exploring ideas and influencing decisions rather than just responding to requests.
The Team
The Commercial BI team provides the insight and reporting that powers decision making across easyJet’s Commercial function, supporting a wide range of departments. This role sits within that team but is focused on working closely with the Proposition, Innovation and Trading teams, supporting easyJet’s non ticket propositions. The team’s work centres on understanding customer behaviour, testing new ideas, and helping shape how propositions are designed, priced and scaled, going beyond performance reporting to challenge assumptions and monitor success in a highly visible area of the business.
The Role
As a BI Analyst, you will support insight across non ticket products such as bags, seating, bundles, easyJet Plus and third-party services. Your focus will be on understanding customer choice, proposition interaction, and identifying opportunities for performance improvement. You’ll help shape best practices for measuring product changes and partner closely with commercial stakeholders to turn analysis into clear, decision ready recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
> Strong academic background with a degree featuring mathematical content and statistical analysis.
> Previous experience as an analyst in a commercial environment.
> Proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools, and preferably Python.
> A creative, proactive problem solver who enjoys digging into the detail and asking why things are happening.
> Ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
> Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly
What You’ll Get In Return
> Up to 20% maximum bonus
> PMI
> 7% pension contributions
> Excellent staff travel benefits
> 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays
> Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday
> Various flexible benefits and extras
