- Preferably trained in GDS, particularly Amadeus.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating strong listening abilities.
- Basic typing and computer proficiency.
- Recent experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or other customer-focused industries.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in rotational shift schedules.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Proven ability to manage and defuse difficult situations.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with a commitment to resolution.
