We are looking for our Air and Ice protection Systems integration focal point to come onboard in our Engineering Directorate in Propulsion & Air systems team : a team of 19 collaborators!
Propulsion & Air systems team missions covers the full range of Engineering activities from early R&T to In-service events analysis including product improvement development.
Your activities will be mainly oriented on Team coordination, Project management and technical dossier validation associated to Air & Ice protection Systems continuous improvement in order to meet Customer’s expectations and keep an edge over our competitors.
Your Mission
- Identify, agree and prioritize with management and customers (internal and external) list of activities
- Manage coordination of the Air & Ice protection team : 7 collaborators
- Monitor quality, time and costs of the teams’ deliverables
- Encourage cross sharing of information inside the team
- Contribute to collaborators development and learnings (product knowledge, process, methods and tools)
- Manage continuous improvement inside the team
- Ensure top and down reporting
- Lead your own technical topics
About you
- Engineering background with a specialization in aeronautics, aircraft systems, thermal management.
- More than 10 years of Experience in Air, Ice protection systems design, development or integration
- Team spirit, open-mindedness, pro-active
- Rigor and ability to deliver clear and synthetic analyses
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

We are looking for our Air and Ice protection Systems technical leader to come onboard in our Engineering Directorate in Propulsion & Air systems team : a team of 19 collaborators!

Your Mission
- Manage technical/functional coordination of the Air & Ice protection team : 7 collaborators
- Identify, agree and prioritize with management and customers (internal and external) list of activities
- Support the Air & Ice protection team to define schedule and budget for those activities
- Air & Ice protection team technical deliverables validation : Specifications, SoW, Certification Program, Means of Compliance, …
- Encourage cross sharing of information inside the team
- Contribute to collaborators development and learnings (product knowledge, process, methods and tools)
- Investigate in-service events and propose mitigation/corrective actions
- Manage continuous improvement inside the team
- Lead your own technical topics covering multi ATA : 21/30/36
- Manage technical alignment with Air & Ice protection Systems suppliers and partners (Airbus, Leonardo)
- Contribute to the update of Air & Ice protection System Roadmap
- Participate to International Regulation working groups
About you
- Engineering background with a specialization in aeronautics, aircraft systems, thermal management.
- More than 10 years of Experience in Air, Ice protection systems design, development or integration
- Good knowledge of CS/FAR 25, Part 21 regulations and of V&V processes.
- Team spirit, open-mindedness, pro-active

Nous recherchons notre futur point focal intégration des systèmes d’air et de protection givre pour rejoindre notre Direction Technique au sein de l'équipe de Système Propulsif et Système d’air : une équipe de 19 collaborateurs !
Votre activité sera principalement orientée vers le pilotage de projet et la validation de dossier technique en lien avec l’intégration des systèmes d’air et de protection givre sur notre avion.

Votre mission
- Assurer le pilotage technique et fonctionnel de l’équipe système d’air et protection givre.
- Collecter, consolider et prioriser avec le management, les clients (internes et externes) et les fournisseurs la liste des activités.
- Soutenir l’équipe dans la planification et la définition du budget de ces activités
- Piloter les changements de design et projets liés aux systèmes d’air de de protection givre
- Valider les documents technique : spécifications, les SOW (Statements of Work), programmes de certification et les moyens de conformité (Means of Compliance)
- Analyser les événements en service et proposer des actions correctives ou préventives
- Contribuer au développement et à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs (connaissance produit, processus, méthodes et outils)
- Piloter les activités d’amélioration continue au sein de l’équipe système d’air et protection givre.
- Coordonner, gérer et rencontrer les partenaires majeurs (Leonardo, Airbus) ainsi que les fournisseurs
- Contribuer à la mise à jour de la feuille de route des systèmes d’air et de protection givre
- Participer aux groupes de travail internationaux sur la réglementation
A propos de vous
- Diplôme d’ingénieur (aéronautique, systèmes avion, management thermique) ou équivalent
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans le développement ou l’intégration de système d'air ou de protection givre pour l'aéronautique
- Bonne connaissance des réglementations CS/FAR 25, du Part 21, des processus V&V.
- Capacité à communiquer avec différentes parties prenantes (internes / externes) dans un environnement multiculturel
- Esprit d’équipe, sens de la collaboration, autonomie, proactivité, ouverture d’esprit
- Rigueur et capacité à fournir des analyses claires et synthétiques
- Solides compétences en négociation et persuasion
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (l’italien est un plus)
