Education: BE / B. Tech (Mechanical preferred)

Job Responsibilities
- To interact with customers on the progress of repair activities on their components.
- To provide technical support and guidelines to technician working in the workshop.
- To support Workshop Manger to handle all workshops.
- To maintain good IR with customers, OEM, etc.
- Analyze processes and activities to identify opportunities for improvement of the department.
- Ensure adequate availability of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.
- KPI sheet maintenance with proper reasoning for above product lines.
- Performing day-to-day tasks/operations as assigned by the senior personnel.
- Plan and oversee shop throughput in accordance with FIFO / Customer request and applicable TAT conditions.
- Analyze and forecast Unit flows for shop requirements (equipment, tooling, personnel, etc.) and share data for stores and inventory planning purpose.
