Primary Job Duties- Oversee and maintain documentation for pre-employment drug testing
- Coordinate testing needs for new hires and internal transfers
- Maintain Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) DOT clearance records
- Notify individuals of positive test results in accordance with policy
- Process requests for Drug and Alcohol (D&A ) records
- Ensure compliance with DOT testing requirements for safety-sensitive roles.
- Act as a liaison for employees/management regarding testing policies and procedures
- Assist with internal auditing processes
- Conduct quality assurance, compliance checks, and retention reviews of Drug & Alcohol documentation
- Upload and manage digital files in accordance with FAA/DOT and company retention guidelines
- Collaborate with department teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in daily random and follow-up testing as needed
- Support the Manager on Duty (MOD) line and fulfill on-call responsibilities during assigned shifts
- Attend industry trainings when assigned
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to find efficiencies and solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

- Airline industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of DOT/FAA testing regulations
Physical and Other Requirements- 18 years of age or older
- Possess valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Live in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT (no fully remote positions available)
- Sitting for extended periods in front of a computer
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
