Embraer Asia Pacific is seeking to recruit an IT Executive/ Senior IT Executive for the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the IT & Infrastructure Manager for Asia Pacific, this role serves as the primary on‑site IT contact, providing day‑to‑day technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will handle end‑user support, basic infrastructure troubleshooting, device setup, and coordination with vendors. The role also includes managing IT onboarding/offboarding, maintaining asset records, and supporting procurement activities such as PR/PO processing in SAP.
You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Infrastructure Support
- Provide basic support for LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and local network connectivity.
- Assist in monitoring servers, backups, and system health.
- Maintain IT equipment, cables, and server room housekeeping.
- Support and troubleshoot multifunction printers, scanners, and office devices.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory and update asset records.
End-User Support
- Act as the primary on-site IT contact for all staff.
- Install, configure, and set up desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage IT incidents and service requests via the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, email, and business applications.
- Perform user account creation, password resets, license assignment, and basic M365 support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT or corporate teams.
- Maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Procurement
- Coordinate IT purchases and service renewals with the procurement officer.
- Perform PR, PO, MIGO and related SAP transactions.
- Support invoice processing and vendor payment follow‑up.
- Maintain proper procurement documentation.
- Track IT inventory, warranty status, and equipment replacement needs.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, installation, maintenance, or repairs.
- Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance and basic IT-related site activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking an IT professional with a Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, equipped with experience in end‑user support, basic networking, and Microsoft 365 administration. While 1–3 years of experience is preferred, fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.
- Practical experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, user account administration, and troubleshooting common end-user issues.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP procurement processes (PR, PO, MIGO) is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 (email, licensing, user accounts).
- Familiarity with Active Directory tasks such as password resets and account setup.
- Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting and support for printers, scanners, and office devices.
- Understanding of IT asset management, hardware/software inventory, and equipment lifecycle.
- Exposure to vendor coordination for IT repairs, installations, and maintenance.
