Primary Responsibilities
- Work with consulting and development teams to estimate & plan resources and requirements.
- Coordinate and manage partners, consultants, and internal resources devoted to the project, and are responsible for completing them at or under budget, on time, and to specification.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of large- and small-scale implementation projects of varied levels of risk and complexity.
- Identify the technical approach to be used on a given project and manage the system development process.
- Manage scope, communication, schedules, and budget.
- Provide active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex issues.
- Manage and coordinate communications with the project team which includes external clients/vendors as necessary.
- Negotiate with clients/vendors regarding revisions to the Statement of Work; actively identify additional/expanded tasking and define technical requirements; obtain client sign-off.
- Manage partner airline propositions for:
- Effective Interline partnerships which generate incremental revenues for CEB
- FIM management which enable network recovery
- Perform tasks and other special projects assigned by Chief Commercial Officer.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree in Management or any related field.
- Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in project management.
- Must be knowledgeable or familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Preferably with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
