What’s The Role All About?
The Digital Experience & Analytics Specialist is responsible for optimizing Philippine Airlines’ web digital experience through data-driven insights, personalization, and continuous experience optimization. This role focuses on leveraging Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, and PROS CMS to improve customer engagement, conversion, and overall website performance in support of PAL’s digital marketing and revenue objectives.
The role ensures that customer journeys are continuously analyzed, tested, and enhanced, aligning digital initiatives with business goals, customer behavior, and industry best practices.
Major Responsibility Areas
- Personalization & Experimentation: Develop, implement, and manage website personalization strategies using Adobe Target
- Digital Analytics & Performance Measurement: Analyze website performance using Adobe Analytics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
- User Behavior Insights & Feature Prioritization: Use Content Square to analyze customer behavior, journey flows, and friction points
- CMS Support & Optimization: Perform minor CMS tweaks and content adjustments within Fare Marketing Site
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
