Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy research and synthesis of internal/external trends into enterprise recommendations.
- Ensure 5-10 year plans translate to annual operating plan and current-year budget execution.
- Run planning cadences and governance (corporate calendar, leadership checkpoints, cross-functional alignment).
- Deliver objective, data-driven insights, dashboards, and scenario/trade-off analysis for enterprise decisions.
- Lead and develop the Strategy, Planning, and Insights team (managers and specialists).
- Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related.
- MBA/graduate studies and strategy/analytics training preferred.
- 10+ years in strategy, corporate planning, consulting, enterprise analytics/insights, or performance management. Experience in internal consulting/enterprise advisory roles supporting business units, preferably in an airline or similarly complex operational environment. Experience running enterprise planning cycles and influencing senior leadership decisions. Strong people leadership and cross-functional governance experience.

Note: This position is for a People Manager role and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
