Your new role:
We are seeking a full-time Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in Athens International Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and overseeing key aspects of operations management.
Responsibilities include assisting guests with their travel needs, managing operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards, handling communication with stakeholders included but not limited to liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, dispatchers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crews, passengers and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients’ aircraft at the airport. This position is on-site and plays a crucial role in supporting our clients' seamless operations and experience.

- IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- You will be organised with a strong attention to detail
- Additional languages would be an advantage
- Previous experience with aviation, travel, luxury retail or hospitality would be advantageous
