Ingeniero(a) de Mantenimiento Industrial (Máquinas y Utillaje)
Resumen del Perfil
El Ingeniero(a) de Mantenimiento coordina las tareas de mantenimiento de acuerdo con el presupuesto anual, los planes establecidos y las tareas no planificadas. Es responsable del mantenimiento global de los activos industriales bajo su cargo, incluyendo máquinas, utillajes, herramientas, equipos industriales híbridos y auxiliares. Su objetivo principal es asegurar la disponibilidad técnica, el rendimiento y la calidad de la planta mediante el cumplimiento de los KPI definidos con el cliente interno.
Responsabilidades Principales
Gestión de Activos y Mantenimiento:
Establecer, optimizar y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
Asegurar la mantenibilidad de nuevos activos mediante la aportación de experiencia técnica en proyectos de adquisición.
Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los activos físicos (maquinaria, utillajes, sistemas automatizados) equilibrando riesgo, desempeño y costo.
Control de KPI y Mejora Continua:
Monitorear y asegurar los KPI de disponibilidad técnica, MTBF y MTTR.
Liderar el análisis de averías complejas y fallos comunes mediante metodología PPS para prevenir recurrencias.
Gestionar proyectos de mejora continua, sostenibilidad y transformación digital (Industria 4.0, mantenimiento predictivo).
Gestión de Proveedores y Presupuesto:
Administrar proveedores de servicios, definiendo especificaciones técnicas y evaluando ofertas.
Controlar y optimizar el presupuesto anual de mantenimiento y la gestión de repuestos críticos.
Actuar como interfaz entre proveedores y clientes internos en temas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
Funciones Específicas en Utillaje (Tooling)
Diseño y Fabricación:
Diseño y desarrollo de utillaje para la fabricación de componentes.
Seguimiento de la puesta a punto y verificación de conjuntos mecánicos.
Aplicación de conocimientos en procesos de producción de materiales compuestos y técnicas de soldadura o mecanizado.
Metrología y Normativa:
Realizar verificaciones dimensionales utilizando Scanner, Laser Tracker y software PolyWorks.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa técnica legal y las normas específicas de utillaje (E2E, DU, TVP).
Interpretación de planos y gestión de tolerancias geométricas y ajustes.

Profile Summary
The Maintenance Engineer coordinates maintenance tasks in alignment with the annual budget, established plans, and unplanned requirements. This role is responsible for the global maintenance of industrial assets, including machines, tooling, auxiliary equipment, and hybrid industrial systems. The primary goal is to ensure technical availability, performance, and quality by meeting defined KPIs.

Core Responsibilities
The role is structured around four key pillars:
1. Asset Management & Maintenance
Establish, optimize, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Manage the life cycle of physical assets (machinery, tooling, automated systems) by balancing risk, performance, and cost.
Ensure the maintainability of new assets by providing technical expertise during acquisition projects.
2. KPI Control & Continuous Improvement
Monitor and secure technical availability, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
Lead the analysis of complex and common failures using PPS methodology to prevent recurrence.
Manage digital transformation projects (Industry 4.0 and predictive maintenance) and sustainability initiatives.
3. Supplier & Budget Management
Administer service providers, define technical specifications, and evaluate bids.
Control and optimize the annual maintenance budget and critical spare parts management.
Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal customers regarding safety, quality, and environmental issues.
4. Specific Tooling (Utillaje) Functions
Design & Manufacturing: Develop tooling for component manufacturing and follow up on the setup of mechanical assemblies.
Metrology: Perform dimensional verifications using Scanner, Laser Tracker, and PolyWorks software.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal technical regulations and specific tooling standards such as E2E, DU, and TVP.

Technical Requirements & Skills
ExperienceMinimum 2 years in tooling design and manufacturing.
SoftwareCatia V5, SAP PM (Advanced), CMMS (Key User), and Document Management (MDM/Vault).
Technical KnowledgeComposite material production, welding/machining techniques, and geometric tolerances.
StandardsKnowledge of EN 15628:2014-10 (qualification of maintenance personnel).
