Airport Team Manaager- FOH
Location: Dublin Airport
Join Swissport at Dublin Airport and lead the teams that keep the airport moving. As an Airport Team Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, inspire your people, and deliver the safe, efficient and reliable service our airline partners expect.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver operational excellence every day.
- Champion safety, ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manage labour, costs and performance to meet station P&L targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, airport authorities and employee representatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and high‑quality service.
- Ensure resources, equipment and planning align to deliver consistent, on‑time performance.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening customer partnerships.
Qualifications
- Front facing customer service experience is essential to this role.
- Can communicate clearly with your people to help them understand Swissport UK&I direction and be able to build positive and trusting relationships

- Excellent working knowledge of business management principles and practices financial concepts, and key drivers of profitability and operational performance delivery.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with significant P&L accountability and leadership of large teams
- Fluent spoken and written English.
