What you will do:
- Supervise a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
- The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.
- Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
- Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
- Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
- Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.
Qualifications you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
- 2 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to communicate in English at a 70% level, with sufficient conversational skills to participate in meetings and handle professional interactions.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management.
Knowledge in:
- Personnel management.
- Ability to develop recovery plans, Result oriented and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel.
- Schedule availability.
- Line balancing.
- Schedule availability.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Exposure to ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Visa and travel availability.
