The Role
Reporting to the Head of Airport Operations, you will be responsible for the leadership, management, and continuous development of the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Service (ARFFS) and Airside Operations.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance, while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
You will be a strategic leader with a high level of emotional intelligence and sound operational judgement.
You will have a background in airside operations and will ideally have good knowledge of aviation fire services. You will have an in depth understanding of UK CAA regulations and be proficient in using technology for airport operations.
You will be willing to relocate to Jersey and to fully immerse yourself in local life and community. You must have full rights to live and work in the UK.
