Primary Job DutiesAirport agents are primarily responsible for ensuring excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to ticketing and re-booking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more.

Responsibilities
- Load/unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on/off aircraft
- Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner
- Escort passengers and special needs customers safely and courteously
- Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area
- Service aircraft as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time positions may be available
- Part-time (average 10-18 hours) or Full-time (38 hours) positions available
- Part-time is typically 3 - 4 days per week, Full-time is 5 days per week
- Current shifts are either 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and/or 4:30 PM - 11:30 PM*
- Shift trade flexibility available
- (*Please note schedules are subject to change based on current flight schedules, and are awarded on a seniority-based monthly bid. For more specific details about day to day schedules, please complete the online application and we will discuss the schedule further in an interview with qualified applicants)
- New hire training will be full-time, 30-40 hours per week for one month. Following the completion of training, part-time employees will transition to normal part-time hours

Minimum Requirements- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
- High school diploma or completion of a GED
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills
- Strong teamwork and collaborations skills
- Flexible schedule allowing work during mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
