Role Description
This part-time, on-site Passenger Service Agent role at WFS is based in Ewing, NJ. The Passenger Service Agent will handle a variety of tasks including assisting passengers with check-in processes, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth boarding process. Responsibilities include facilitating flight operations, addressing passenger inquiries, and resolving service issues while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience in Passenger Services and assisting during flight operations
- Proficiency in Check-in processes and related procedures
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in aviation or airport operations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or aviation preferred
