Apply the Lean Sigma methodology to improve processes and facilitate the One Safran implementation, train and involve the people in different tools or improvement programs (Kaizen, QRQC, 5 S´s, TPM, etc.), participate and/or lead Green Belt projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 5S’s initiative with training, procedure, audits and KPI’s follow up accordingly with SAFRAN standards.
- Lead 5S’s Kaizen events and promote Gemba to ensure the “Go and See” culture.
- Ensure the White Belt training.
- Manage and promote Suggestion System (DMD’s), including recognition system, communication and KPI’s follow up.
- Propose some ideas of improvement focused to improve the own performance or effectiveness.
- Participates actively to S+ networks (events, animation of local networks etc.)
- Lead and/ or participate at kaizen events.
- Challenges the sponsors by giving them support.
- Reporting the advance of different initiatives according with the targets.
- Identify and implement improvememnt projects within their influence area.
Qualifications
- Green Belt training and certification or equivalent certification or experience.
- Lean Manufacturing training or equivalent training or experience.
- Project administration: Successfully lead or participant significant projects that have a major impact and validated financial savings.
- Minitab usage.
