JOB PURPOSE
easyJet is delivering an ambitious, enterprise-wide transformation agenda that will fundamentally reshape how we operate and create value for our customers, colleagues, and business. The Business Change Manager (BCM) plays a critical role in ensuring that the intended outcomes of transformation are realised by driving adoption, behaviour change, and operational readiness across the organisation.
The Business Change Manager combines strategic partnership with hands‑on delivery; diagnosing challenges, shaping change strategies, and leading the execution of adoption, engagement and readiness activities that enable transformation to land successfully. The role is accountable for delivering the change outcomes that unlock business value, with success defined by the degree to which change is adopted, embedded and sustained across the organisation
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Change strategy & value realisation:
- Shape and lead end-to-end change strategies that drive behavioural adoption and deliver measurable value (i.e. efficiency, customer outcomes, financial benefits).
Transformation delivery:
- Lead and own the delivery of change outcomes by shaping and executing change deliverables that enable adoption, readiness and sustained new ways of working across complex, multi‑year programmes
Consulting & problem-solving:
Apply structured problem-solving, proven change methodologies and transformation experience to diagnose adoption, readiness and engagement challenges, and co-create practical solutions with programme and business leaders.
Engagement, communication & behavioural change
Create compelling change narratives that articulate the ‘why’ and inspire engagement across all impacted groups
Measurement, insight & continuous improvement
- Measure colleague sentiment, adoption, readiness, and behavioural change throughout the project lifecycle.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience leading complex transformation across large organisations.
- Certified in change management (Prosci/APMG or equivalent) with deep understanding of change strategies, stakeholder engagement, behavioural change and adoption measurement.
- Strong understanding of transformation disciplines across people, process, digital, technology, culture and operating models.
- Ability to distil complex problems, synthesise information quickly, and generate clear, actionable recommendations.
- Skilled facilitator who can align diverse stakeholders and guide strategic conversations
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to link change adoption to measurable benefits and business outcomes.
- Confident advising senior leaders and influencing decision-making in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
