Primary Job DutiesAs a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for keeping parts inventory on hand to support our mechanics.
- Warehouse/stockroom Inventory cycle counts
- Utilize internal computer programs to issue, return, and process parts/tooling from stock
- Drive company vehicles to airport gates for COMAT/AOG and road trips
- Verify, pull, and prepare shipments/receipts
- Perform data entry, including emails, inventory counts, and creating requisitions
- Operate a forklift to load and unload shipments
- Sweep, mop, and maintain the organization of the warehouse/stockrooms
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Minimum Requirements- At least 18 years old
- Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Pass a background check
- Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not required
- Team player - able to work well with others
- Self-motivated - able to work without supervision
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- Computer knowledge helpful
- Work under pressure
- Evaluate and solve problems
- Be in good standing with the company
Physical and Other Requirements- Lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Need to be flexible - schedule is subject to change
- Available to work any day of the week, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- This is a full-time position, starting at $17.31 per hour
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
