Primary Responsibilities
- Supervises Account Executive/s in the assigned area.
- Executes strategies and schemes aligned to the departmental and company goals
- Initiate products and programs in the achievement of Financial, Customer, Internal Processes and Learning & Growth goal plans.
- Conducts professionalism and integrity with internal and external customers
- Gathers and provide a timely, accurate and valuable market feedback useful to prepare tactical and strategic plans
- Regularly conducts sales calls, product presentations, webinars, etc. to top producing and potential accounts.
- Participates in Travel Fair, Business Mission, Sales Conference, familiarization trips, etc. to widen network
- Prepares and manages implementation of development plans for top producing and potential accounts to ensure high productivity contribution and account retention.
- Maintains good business relationship with Travel & Trade Partners as well Travel Organizations in the assigned area.
- Prepares and submits weekly reports and analyzes them with available data tools.
- Coordinates with key departments (i.e. Revenue Management, Marketing, CCD, Legal, RAD, CCG, Ground Ops, etc.) to plot a concerted effort in servicing Travel and Trade Partners
- Performs other related assignments that may be assigned by the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree - ideally in business management, marketing and the like
- Must have previous airline and/or travel sales experience - ideally at least 3 years.
- Must have strong selling, negotiation, interpersonal, communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Preferably with people management experience
- Previous working knowledge with Skyspeed, Sky Partner systems is an advantage
- Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
