Primary Job Duties- Responsible for all tasks related to employment eligibility, including timely clearances of all criminal backgrounds, I-9 work authorization, Pilot Records Improvement Act, and related work authorizations
- Responsible for company-wide ID badging with overall oversight, including printing, auditing, program efficiencies, reprinting expired IDs and issuing new ones
- Monitor ongoing employment eligibility issues and escalate as required
- Ongoing compliance auditing and reporting
- Working closely with departments to meet hiring needs by expediting necessary clearances
- Partner with recruitment and hiring personnel to screen and hire the most qualified candidates
- Successful compliance auditing and reporting in all areas of responsibility
- Proactive approach to regulatory hiring and clearance changes and requirements
- Daily processing of internal transfers, via job code changes and posted positions
- Facilitating hiring and clearance processes for both SkyWest Airlines and SWC
- Properly update iManage supervisor changes for timely Payroll Change Notices (PCN)
- Responsible for partnering with internal clients to continuously improve the candidate/new hire experience
- Developing processes and dashboards to process hires efficiently and in accordance with all FAA, DOT, and other regulations
Minimum Requirements18 years of age or older
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Strong, proven history of attention to detail

Physical and Other Requirements- Must live in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT (no fully remote positions available)
