We are currently looking for an Engine Instructor to join one of our main clients in Belgium
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering methodological and technical training related to inspection, disassembly, and reassembly activities during aircraft engine maintenance and repair, ensuring the highest operational and quality standards.
Responsabilities
Deliver practical and technical training to Jet Engine Mechanics and Inspectors on inspection, dismantling, and reassembly tasks.
Transfer knowledge, technical expertise, and best practices to operational staff.
Ensure work instructions and safety procedures are fully understood and followed.
Provide technical support and expertise to production teams to guarantee product conformity and process efficiency.
Work closely with team leaders, operational management, and HR training teams to coordinate practical training plans.
Identify training needs and propose improvements to the training process.
Assess and validate trainees’ competencies in collaboration with operational leadership.
Communicate technical issues and critical problems to the operations department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aerospace engineering or aircraft maintenance.
Strong knowledge of aviation best practices and aircraft engine maintenance principles.
Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) for turbojet engines.
Strong training, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to operational and quality-related events.
Experience maintaining and working within quality management systems in compliance with aviation regulations.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered a plus.
