Reporting to the Executive Manager People Corporate, as the
Senior People Manager - Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, OCEO, you will act as the strategic HR partner to multiple Corporate business units, working closely with GLT members, Executive Managers and Heads of Department.
You’ll own the end to end people agenda for your portfolio — leading people strategy, driving transformation, and influencing enterprise‑wide outcomes. You’ll also provide coaching to People Business Partners, working collaboratively on strategic initiatives and programs.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related fields.
- Proven experience as a strategic HR business partner and leader, ideally in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Experience in working collaboratively with a broader leadership team.
- Proven ability leading change and building organisational capability.
- Strong senior stakeholder management ability.
- The ability to work autonomously on agreed priorities, drawing on expertise from different team and working collaboratively across the Group People team.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-motivated and able to work independently with limited direction or guidance.
- Aviation industry knowledge and/ or interest is preferrable.
