As the
Sales Performance Manager – Freight, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the sales strategy for Qantas Freight across North and South America. Your responsibilities will include capacity management and forecasting, regional pricing, strategic revenue management, and driving process improvements. In this role you will be instrumental in increasing revenue and maximising yields for the Americas region. This is a key leadership position that will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the Qantas Freight strategy and approach.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- 5+ years experience in a sales leadership role in either aviation or freight is highly desirable
- Advanced excel skills
- Good analytical and planning skills with the ability to manipulate data to create customized solutions for current and future customers
- Highly developed negotiation, communication, organizational and influencing skills at senior levels, both internally and externally
- A proven track record in managing and mentoring a team to grow skills and deliver exceptional work
- Strength in being able to establish working relationships with other Qantas Offices.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically and creatively and deal with complexity and ambiguity.
