Our client is seeking a
Senior React Native Lead Engineer responsible for defining the mobile architecture, guiding engineering teams, and delivering scalable cross-platform applications for iOS and Android.
Must Have skills
- 8+ years of mobile development with strong React Native expertise
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem
- Experience designing scalable cross-platform mobile architecture
- Strong experience integrating REST APIs and backend services
- Experience leading code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering standards
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and mobile deployment
Nice to have skills
- Experience with native development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C)
- Experience with state management frameworks (Redux, MobX, Context API)
- Experience with mobile analytics and monitoring tools
- Experience with performance optimization for mobile applications
- Experience building enterprise mobile solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Responsibilities
- Define and lead mobile architecture for React Native applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile engineers.
- Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, backend, DevOps, and design teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.
- Guide technical planning, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
