We are looking for a Controlling & Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations, order management, and financial tracking. In this role, you will work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure smooth procurement processes, cost transparency, and accurate budget monitoring.
Tasks
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes and ensure orders follow internal guidelines.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, ensuring correct booking and documentation.
- Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, and controlling activities.
- Coordinate financial and procurement topics with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting in internal systems.
- 2–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or procurement.
- Experience with budget tracking, cost management, or procurement workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SAP (FI/CO), JIRA/Confluence, Esker, or similar systems.
- Experience with Buy:Order or similar procurement platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
