About The Role
We are looking for a
high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to
drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract the right talent aligned with Viva’s culture, performance expectations, and growth strategy.
The ideal candidate combines
strong recruiting capabilities, sharp market intelligence, and a proactive mindset. We are looking for someone who is also a
true headhunter at heart — proactive, resourceful, and relentless in identifying and engaging top performers in the market, not just managing inbound applicants.This person should thrive in
fast-paced environments where talent decisions directly impact business results and where the ability to build strong talent pipelines and influence hiring outcomes is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and strategic roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define talent needs and hiring strategies.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through direct search, networking, and talent platforms.
- Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure efficient and timely hiring processes aligned with internal SLAs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Provide market insights, benchmarking, and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote Viva’s #GenteViva culture.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and talent strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in dynamic environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to assess talent through competency-based interviews.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret talent market trends and hiring data.
- Experience using ATS platforms.
- Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
