What's the Role on Offer?
Based onsite at our Head Office near Brisbane Airport, you will play a pivotal role in our Operations Control Centre (OCC) as a Crew Controller. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain Flight and Cabin Crew rosters, ensuring full compliance with the Enterprise Agreement, Regulatory Rules, and Fatigue Risk Management Standards. Some of your key focus areas would be:
- Schedule and assign crews based on operational requirements and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor and update crew schedules in real-time, addressing any disruptions or changes promptly
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies related to crew duty time limitations and rest requirements.
- Coordinate with flight operations, ground operations, and other departments to resolve any crew-related issues
- Crafting and managing Crew Pairings within our Crew Management System
- Ensuring compliance with Crew Enterprise Agreements & organisational policies

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about new challenges and possess strong problem-solving skills. Relevant experience or exposure within an Operations Control Centre environment is highly valued. Your skills will consist of:
- Educated to Degree level in Aviation Management or Aviation related discipline (Desirable)
- Out of the Box Thinker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at thriving under pressure and adept at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and public holidays.
