About The Role
We are looking for a
Compensations Sr Coordinator to help drive the design and administration of innovative Total Rewards strategies that ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
This role plays a key part in analyzing compensation data, supporting strategic compensation initiatives, and contributing to programs that strengthen Viva’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to translate compensation insights into impactful decisions for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of Total Rewards strategies to enhance Viva’s compensation offering.
- Analyze compensation data including internal equity, gender equity, and external competitiveness.
- Administer compensation programs including salary structures, promotions, annual increases, and bonus calculations.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.
- Support communication strategies that strengthen the visibility and understanding of Viva’s compensation programs internally and externally.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Compensation & Benefits area.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to support compensation-related decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience participating in market compensation surveys and benchmarking.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies such as WTW or Mercer (desirable).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
