THE TEAM
The Network Manager role sits within the Network Development team, which, alongside the Network Strategy team, is part of the wider Network function. The team comprises a Head of Network Development, Lead Network Managers responsible for certain geographies, and Network Managers who oversee a set number of bases within specific jurisdictions.
THE ROLE
The Network Manager is responsible for planning and managing the deployment of capacity across a portfolio of bases with the objective of maximising long term profitability. They will oversee easyJet’s portfolio of routes across the bases in Spain & Portugal with a planning horizon ranging from three weeks before operation to two to three years into the future. This role will report into the Lead Network Manager for the UK Regions and Iberia.
To succeed in this role, the Network Manager will develop a detailed knowledge of the drivers to performance across the routes they manage, including macro-economic trends, competitor activity, schedule and product attractiveness, destination attractiveness, and route specific costs.

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
