ME Sustainment Quality Data Analyst & Business Development
This opportunity is for an individual to join the ME Sustainment Quality Digital Strategy Team, in support of all Sustainment Military Engine Programs. In this role, the selected individual will support the integration of data collection systems, reports, and visualization dashboards that drive business strategies and strengthen alignment across the ME Sustainment Quality Network.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain systems to record, aggregate, and analyze quality metrics, ensuring data integrity across platforms.
- Streamline data collection and communication methodologies, reducing manual work and improving turnaround times.
- Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to create data-driven insight and dashboards and troubleshoot errors teams may be having
- Understand business processes to collect, analyze, and transform process data into meaningful insights, delivering executive-level reports and recommendations as needed.
- Deployment of systems and tools developed, including training users, preparing standard work, etc.
- Interact and communicate effectively with various teams and levels of management to support data-drive decision-making.
- Support digital skill development efforts for the organization to enable teams to troubleshoot and maintain tools deployed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, digital technology, data analytics, or business-related field and 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar environments or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Power Query, SharePoint, macros, etc.)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in aerospace industry and/or quality.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Power Apps, or equivalent BI tools. Familiarity with DAX, automated workflows, etc.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation.
- Experience with Databricks or other data warehouse solutions.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
