Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for Maintenance Technicians for our clientâs operation near Martinsburg, WV. These are direct hire (day & night shift â 2/2/3 12-hour schedule) positions with competitive pay and benefits. This is a great opportunity to join a growing industry leader.
The Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ yearsâ experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent, technical certification or trade school is a plus
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and prob-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
