HRSS Operational Excellence Lead â Process Documentation & Enablement
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a HRSS Operational Excellence Lead for our clientâs Brampton, ON area operation. The position is a 12+ month contract opportunity with REMOTE work with occasional office visits, competitive pay and a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure with a Fortune 500 industry leader.
The HRSS Operational Excellence Lead will drive process discovery, process mapping, documentation quality, and enablement readiness across HR operations. This role focuses on translating HR end-2-end processes into clear, standardized process maps, SOPs, and training resources that enable consistent service delivery,
Responsibilities:

- Process Mapping & Operational Documentation
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development
- Training & Enablement Resource Development
Qualifications:
Â
- 3+ years of experience in process documentation, SOP development, or operational enablement roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting HR operations or HR Shared Services environments.
- Proven ability to document and standardize processes in global, multi-region service models.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, SmartDraw, or equivalent.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex HR processes into clear, executable documentation.
