Tasks
For the time being your focus will be on employee lifecycle transitions (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, entry/ exit management). You will closely work together with and steer our HR service provider. Besides that, you will contribute across the full employee lifecycle:
- Advise leadership and support employees on selected topics
- Process key HR topics (e.g. employer branding, recruiting, entry/ exit management)
- Contribute to policies and guidelines
- Manage personnel transfers and reorganizations (incl. stakeholder communication)
- Steer internal and external HR service providers
- Perform other tasks and/ or projects, as assigned
- Give functional guidance to (vocational) trainees, working students and interns
- Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in psychology, economics, social sciences, or humanities with an HR focus
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities in a complex environment
- Computer literate (e.g. MS Office, HR IT core data systems)
- Comfortable with business travel
