• Builds and executes end-to-end strategies for how we engage with American's customers via marketing and communications tactics within B2B and B2C channels.
• Understands current marketing and B2B/B2C/B2B2C consumer behavior trends, and key strategic needs of our entire Loyalty ecosystem.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders in other departments, including Global Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Network Planning, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Loyalty, among others.
• Interacts directly with partners and American's channels/customers - to understand needs and/or promote innovation in this space.
• Uses operational knowledge and technology to effectively engage and communicate in a 1-to-many B2B and B2C environments.
• Engages in strategic marketing and delivers a well-thought-out communication plan, including multiple B2B and B2C touchpoints.
• Understands travel and Loyalty from many audiences’ points of view, with the ability to articulate the value of travel and partnerships, segmenting audiences, and delivering targeted messaging that resonates with B2B, B2C and B2B2C audiences.
• Responsible for measuring performance of marketing campaigns, and optimization, using analytical tools.
