Primary Job DutiesA&P Mechanic Crew Leads are responsible for performing all maintenance functions and effectively troubleshoot all aircraft. They are also responsible for proficiency in all documentation and paperwork.
- Effectively troubleshoot all aircraft systems
- Responsible for making critical decisions regarding aircraft safety in a timely manner
- Perform all line maintenance functions unsupervised, at any time
- Responsible for proficiency in all documentation and paperwork, including parts paperwork
Minimum Requirements- Hold a valid A&P certificate
- Hold a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
- Level II/III mechanic with good troubleshooting skills
- CRJ and EMB experience preferred
- RII Airworthiness duties preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Problem-solving and organizational skills are required
- Willing to work nights and holidays
- Exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety
- Ffamiliar with, and able to read and understand, company and manufacturer manuals
- THIS IS A NIGHT-SHIFT ONLY POSITION
Physical and Other Requirements- Able to comfortably lift 60 lbs routinely with or without reasonable accommodation
- This is a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
