Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, security/intelligence studies, or a related field.
• Possession of relevant executive protection credentials and certifications
• 5+ years of progressive executive protection experience, including service in law enforcement and/or military environments, as well as experience with international travel for corporate executives, high ranking government officials, VIPs, and/or UHNW individuals.
• Proven expertise in protection strategies, tactics, and technology.
• Extensive experience with domestic and international travel.
• Ability to travel frequently and work non‑standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Master’s degree in international relations, security/intelligence studies, or a related field.
• Experience supporting executive protection programs within a corporate or aviation environment.
• Advanced training in protective operations, defensive tactics, emergency response, or threat assessment.
• Familiarity with intelligence‑driven security models and protective intelligence tools.

• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze and interpret threat intelligence and risk data.
• Proficiency in protective operations, advance planning, and emergency response.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain additional clearances or credentials as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and external partners.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in high‑pressure situations.
