Johnson Service Group is seeking a Collections Specialist with SAP for a medical device manufacturer in El Segundo, CA
Hybrid | $35 - $37.50 per hour based on experience
Position Summary
- Manage a portfolio of ~300 customer accounts
- Review and follow up on past-due accounts daily
- Communicate with customers (primarily email, some phone) to resolve balances
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to support order releases and escalations
- Track and report on account status and collection activity
- Handle distribution of customer invoices and statement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of collections experience
- Experience managing large account portfolios in collections or AR
- ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
- Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in product-based companies (shipping, returns, etc.)
