JSG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Clerk to provide crucial administrative, and systems support within our clientâs maintenance department. This role is a contract in Charleston SC and offers an exciting opportunity to work with SAP MRO processes, supporting material management, work order execution, and preventive maintenance activities.
Pay $30/hour
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP MRO systems, including maintenance work order creation, updating, and closing
- Strong coordination skills for maintenance notifications, requisitions, and procurement processes
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping in SAP and other systems
- Knowledge of inventory management, including spare parts and consumables
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills to support work order and documentation processes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a chemical or industrial maintenance environment
- Familiarity with inventory replenishment and vendor relations
- Ability to generate reports and analyze maintenance KPIs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or related coursework is a plus
- Previous experience supporting maintenance operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work at the Charleston, SC site on 1st shift
- Ability to work full-time hours (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
- Reliable and detail-focused with a commitment to safety and compliance
