Tasks
To strengthen our dynamic team, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated intern in the field of Workforce Transformation and Strategic Workforce Planning.
The position offers insights into strategic workforce planning, data-driven analytics, and transformation projects within an international corporate environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyzing and preparing workforce data to derive sound decision-making foundations
- Collaborating on strategic workforce planning and transformation projects
- Creating meaningful analyses, presentations, and management documents
- Contributing to the design and execution of workshops with business units
- Supporting the further development of methods, tools, and data-driven planning approaches
Requirements
What do we need from you?
- You are at least in the third semester of your study at the time of the internship
- You are matriculated for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and in case of mandatory internship certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) the internship between your Bachelor´s and Master´s year (Gap Year)
- Interest in strategic workforce planning, workforce trends, organizational development, and data-driven work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience in data analysis is a plusAbility to work well in a team and a proactive and reliable work style
- Ability to present complex information in an understandable way tailored to the audience, as well as openness to a dynamic
- Analytical thinking and a structured, independent work style
