As an Aircraft Records Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Maintaining suitable tracking of aircraft, powerplant, landing gear, related components
maintenance and operational history for a proper traceability in compliance with the
continuing airworthiness.
• Providing compliance update support to all operators that can ensure different areas
including material management, aircraft utilization and aircraft actuals are kept current
with information from varied sources such as taskcards, aircraft logbooks, DFP, LDND, ARC
and other related documents.
• Verifying flying hours and cycles, component data entered by Maintenance Analysts,
Customers and/or Enrollment.
• Ensuring aircraft maintenance forecast for all customers is without error.
• Performing Major Assembly changes and AMP/AAIP incorporation.

Qualifications and Educational Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology,Aircraft Avionics Technology,and any relevant engineering discipline.
- Exposed to Technical Records such as Taskcards, Logbooks, ARC (Form 1 / Form 8130-3), Shop Visit Reportsand all other DFPs.
- Experience reviewing technical documentation such as OEM Manuals, ADs, SBs, AMPs and other relevant publications.
- Preferably with PRC license or CAAP A&P License but not required.
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
